This can be from a green field site or utilising existing buildings, co-ordinating closely not only with the client, but also with architects, civil and electrical engineers, etc. We determine the specifications of the machinery required and develop a satisfactory layout plan, then liaise with suppliers to expedite orders and co-ordinate shipping.
Installation and commissioning of equipment is done jointly with suppliers followed by 'on-the-job' training of personnel either by ourselves or in collaboration with an existing factory. We can provide a full trouble shooting and loss investigation service after start-up, with constant monitoring of the performance of our systems.
